If a stay was longer than any single room's open availability, GoPet AI used to reject it outright — even when you genuinely had the space, just split across two rooms. Not anymore.
For petcare businesses:
New toggle: Split Room Bookings, under Marketing → Booking Page → Boarding Reservations

When enabled, if no single room is free for the whole stay but two rooms of the same type are (e.g. two Standard Suites), GoPet AI books it as one stay with a single mid-stay room transfer — instead of "not available"
On your online booking page, this happens automatically — the pet parent just sees their stay confirmed as requested, nothing extra to explain
When your staff create a booking manually and a split is the only way to fit it, they see the suggested split clearly (both rooms, transfer date) and must accept it — it's never applied without your team knowing

Every split booking is flagged with a Room Transfer badge — in the booking list, the calendar, the CRM profile, and check-in/check-out — so it's never mistaken for two separate bookings

On the transfer day, your boarding calendar shows an unclaimed task any staff member can claim, so the move never falls through the cracks
For your customers:
No change on their end — if their stay needs a split, it's handled behind the scenes and they just see one normal, confirmed booking
Off by default — turn it on from Booking Page settings whenever you're ready.
