Point Rewards System Launch 🎉

We’re excited to roll out the brand new Point Rewards System! Pet parents can now earn points for every purchase, track their points, and redeem rewards — all seamlessly integrated across CRM, POS, invoicing, and booking.

What’s New

🔧 System & Settings

  • New reward settings to define how points are collected (e.g., RM1 = 1 point).

  • Reward programs added for free services, discounts by % or fixed amount.

  • Complete point history tracking to monitor all transactions.

  • Security policies (RLS) added to ensure points and rewards are safe.

🛠️ Admin Settings

  • Admins can configure point collection rules.

  • Create, edit, or remove reward programs.

  • Flexible program types:

    • Free service

    • Percentage discount

    • Fixed amount discount

💰 Earning Points

  • Points automatically awarded after invoice payment.

  • POS transactions now also give points.

  • Manual adjustments available for special cases.

🎁 Redeeming Rewards

  • Pet parents can redeem points for rewards.

  • System generates unique coupon codes upon redemption.

  • Fully compatible with existing discount/coupon system.

📱 CRM, Invoice, POS & Booking Display

  • CRM shows total points and transaction history.

  • Invoice, POS, Booking page displays:

    • Current points balance

    • Available rewards

    • Redemption options
