Better CRM Profiles and More Pet Type

We’ve rolled out several improvements to make your CRM more complete, accurate, and easier to work with — especially when viewing pet parent details and pet profiles.

👤 Improved Pet Parent Profiles

  • Pet parent and pet photos now appear directly in the CRM.

  • Billing history is now shown inside the CRM for quick reference.

  • Profiles now include:

    • Pending Payment

    • Total Spent

🐾 More Accurate Pet Data

  • Added missing info like gender, age, and profile photos for pets.

  • Improved handling for missing species — system will default to “Others”.

  • CRM now supports new pet types, allowing more flexibility as your services grow.
