🚀 What’s New: CRM, POS & Invoice System Just Got Smarter!

We’ve rolled out some behind-the-scenes improvements to make your experience smoother and more reliable across our Customer Management (CRM), Point of Sale (POS), and Invoice features. 🐾💼💳

🧠 CRM (Customer Management)

  • Better handling of customer details like pet birthdate, gender, and microchip number.

  • Fixed missing info issues (e.g. address, city, and state will now show up correctly).

  • Improved system stability when managing pet parents and emergency contacts.

🧾 Invoicing

  • Faster and more accurate invoice generation.

  • Improved support for pets with missing or incomplete data (like weight or visit records).

🖨️ Point of Sale (POS)

  • Receipt printing issues have been resolved.

  • Invoices now generate reliably after every transaction.

  • Better error messages when something goes wrong — no more unexplained bugs!
