🚀 New Quotation Flow Is Here!

We’ve added a brand-new Quotation Feature to make it easier for petcare businesses to share pricing with customers and convert quotes into invoices instantly. 🐾💼

✨ What’s New

🧾 Quotation List Page

You’ll now see a “View Quotation” button under Invoicing → this takes you to a new page where all your quotations are neatly listed.

Create a Quotation

You can now create a quotation directly inside the dashboard:

  • Add services/products

  • Save it as a draft or send it to the customer

  • Generate a public quotation link

🔗 Public Quotation Link

Your customer can open the link and click “Agree” to confirm.
They’ll be asked to verify:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

Once confirmed, you can:

  • Convert quotation to invoice manually OR

  • Let the system auto-create the invoice for you

📣 Email & WhatsApp Notifications

Petcare users will now receive:

  • Email alerts for new quotation activity

  • WhatsApp link notifications for easier customer follow-up

🐕 Boarding & Appointment Auto-Create Limits

We’ve added some temporary restrictions while we improve the auto-creation flow for boarding bookings and appointments — updates coming soon!


🔗 Easy Quotation Approval Flow

Here’s how the new flow works:

1️⃣ Create Quotation
Add items, save, and generate a public quotation link.

2️⃣ System Sends Email (optional)
The system can send the quotation email automatically OR you can copy the link and send it manually (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).

3️⃣ Customer Accepts Quotation
Customer opens the link → clicks Agree → confirms:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

4️⃣ Auto-Create Invoice
Once the customer accepts, the system automatically converts the quotation into an invoice.
(Or petcare can manually convert if needed.)
