This is an amazing addition but I think it has a few things that would make it an more effective tool for the business owner.
In reference to boarding, Meet and Greets are specifically used so the business owner can actually MEET the pet owner and pets in person prior to confirming the booking.
My Suggestion is:
Intake Form = Pet Parent Profile & Pet Profile Information entered by pet owner (yey!)
Meet & Greet = Pet Owner and Facility Owner Meeting at the facility which require scheduling them.
These are ideally two seperate features that, in my opinion, should not be looped into one UNLESS there is a way to add a scheduling feature into the Intake form that would require all new bookings to request a meet and greet that they could then schedule based on a set of dates set by business owner. I will also mention this is a feature that should come with the option for business owners to turn on or off as not all facilities require Meet and Greets.
The meet and greet would then need to update the booking schedule so staff could see them on the schedule. I’ve already created a slight work around by creating a boarding room called “meet and greets” where I can then manually schedule them. If you log into my account and look at my calendar, you will see what I’m referencing. Not very practical at all!
This is one of the BIGGEST issue with the program currently that has prevented me from publically sharing my booking page. I can’t afford for a random person to book a boarding before they have done a Meet and Greet and currently with GoPet AI, I have no way of preventing that.
Thank you to the development team! Email me if you have any questions or thoughts.

Noted on this, Emily. Thank you for the detailed feedback and for explaining your current workaround. 🙏 I’ll bring this to our product team for consideration, especially the separate Meet & Greet scheduling flow, optional enable/disable setting, and preventing new boarding bookings from being confirmed before a Meet & Greet.
